| Description: | HYDROPHILIC OIL CLEANSER FOR ACNE PRONE SKIN. Hydrophilic oil is the first step of a two-stage cleansing process, followed by a foam, milk, or other favorite product for daily hygiene. The oil gently and gently cleanses the skin without drying it out. In contact with water, hydrophilic oil turns into the most delicate milk. After cleansing, the skin becomes velvety and hydrated.
